This double sided tape allows you to attach vellum and translucent paper, without the tape showing through.

TIP: There is a knack to using this tape. Once you have cut and placed your tape on the vellum, use the side of a metal teaspoon and rub the backing tape down hard (before you remove the backing tape), then postion your vellum onto card. If you don't do this, the cellulose won't stick nicely.
